"Okay so I usually don’t leave reviews but after taking this eyelash course with studio bar 22 I knew I had to leave a review.

Alex the owner of studio bar 22 has been nothing but amazing since the very first time I met her she was very welcoming she is most definitely not the type that just does it for the money she truly wants each and everyone of her students to succeed . The day I met her to drop off my deposit I thought it would be pay and go hahaha NOT she thoroughly gave me a run through on what we would be going over/learning during our class duration and I thought that was so professional of her to show me before she even accepted payment so I could then make my decision.

I absolutely loved her course she went over everything and when I see everything I mean everything from sanitation , different diseases of the eye , lash theory etc. oh and not to mention showed us how to make our own lash shampoo. I feel I learned everything I needed to know to set myself up to succeed in the lash industry the rest is up to me to stay consistent. My class ended about a month or so ago and she still checks in on me and if I have a question I text her and she is there to answer me she is the best mentor anyone can have.

I would rate this course a solid 10/10 it was definitely worth it every single penny!!!! I think she should raise her price lol I can say that now because I took it hahahahahah but for all the information and guidance she gives during and after the course it’s well worth it I will be recommending her to anybody who wants to get involved in lashes. "

"Hello I am Monica,

I took studio 22 lash bar lash extension class in October 2023. I decided to take this course to pursue my journey in the lash artist industry, I met Alex a very loving, and outgoing soul. She was certain, full of positive admiration’s. I needed that. She was helpful with tips and tricks to get the job done, very patient and kind. I looked for that because starting something new isn’t always easy and she made it the most of it even when I didn’t think I could she was able to do so. she gave me all the tools and the techniques that were useful.

My favorite part of the training was everything, let me explain I didn’t know anything about lashing or eyelash extensions or about working around the the human eye it sounds scary right, but her curriculum was easy to read, and understand. I was very intrigued by it keep me wanting to learn more as time went by, ladies you’ll love it, overall the Lash course was formative she was able to provide materials and supplies which was great. I accomplished my first classic set on my model with her help and guidance. Everything was hands-on very self-explanatory. I encourage anyone who wants to take their career to another level.

“Tome un curso hace 2 años pero sentía que me hacía falta más conocimiento e información. Necesita una forma de hacer los fans para mis aplicaciones de volumen. Desperdiciaba muchísimo material en cada aplicación y estaba frustraba , decidí que era mejor tomar un curso para mejorar y aprender.

Me apareció la información de Alex y sus entrenamientos, investigué más y algo dentro de mi dijo allí es she is the one you are looking for and I was right I did learn a lot of knew information. Mejore en mis aplicaciones bastante y mis mejoras son muy notarias. Aunque yo ya tenía conocimiento siempre me estuvo enseñando cómo a cualquier otra alumna y a pesar de que no hablo mucho English nos entendimos muy bien.

Classes July 30th & Aug 6th 2023

“I’m Yesenia. I took Studio 22 Beauty Bar Eyelash Extensions Course. I chose to do this course with Alex since that very first moment I met her not only because she’s amazing and special but because she gave me the drive to learn more and achieve high goals and techniques for success to one day pass on to my daughters!

The course was great! From A-Z she hit every detail that did not even come to mind which was very informative! I was able to complete my first Classic set ever with her guidance. I favored learning the fanning technique but everything else was pretty hands on and easy especial thanks to Studio22BeautyBar for providing us with all the tools needed.

I would definitely do it again with Alex hands down. She is the most professional, sweetest, perfectionist, humble, honest instructor u can ask for! I would definitely recommend her if you want QUALITY work she’s your girl! Invest in yourself with Studio22BeautyBar “ @lashysbeauty

Classes April 16th & 23rd 2023

“I have been getting my eyelashes done by Alex for 3 years now and once she began lash trainings I knew I had to get into a class. I had always wanted to learn how to lash and become certified but never looked into it. She is so inspiring and so great at what she does, who would be better at instructing?

The class was very informative and overall a good time. I learned so much from her in just 2 days. The material given was easy to understand and Alex did such a great job at making sure we understood what was being taught before moving on. She was even able to give us 1 on 1 assistance when learning on our mannequin and on our models. She was super supportive through it all and created such a warm and comfortable space to learn in.

My favorite part of the training was seeing how passionate she is and her want for us all to succeed. If this is something you’d want to do full time or just as a fun side job, I would absolutely recommend Alex’s class. I not only feel I can succeed in lashing but I know I have a forever mentor.“

Classes April 16th & 23rd 2023

“I chose Alex to be my mentor because I was referred by multiple friends of mine on how serious she takes her work.

I was enrolled in the Group Lash Training April 16/23. My overall experience was amazing not only was Alex very thorough and there to support me but so were the two other girls I took class with.

At Studio22BeautyBar, I felt comfortable to ask questions as Alex was able to provide experienced knowledge into my beginner lashing techniques. My favorite part of training was when I was lashing my first client and Alex took the time to give each student 1 on 1 time where she critiqued every move so that our lash client was comfortable and understanding of the training.

Throughout both days of training I was able to understand the curriculum clearly because I was given all the information needed to understand how to succeed not only in lashings but in other aspects of life as well. Alex as an Educator truly cares about her students and clients, she always wants what is best in the conditions she is working with. The course is 100% worth it, if you want to lash full-time or even for fun on the side, you should give it a shot!”

Classes July 2nd & 9th 2023

"Taking this lash course with my mentor Alex helped me a lot on deciding what I wanted to do with my future. Alex was extremely supportive and helpful we were able to create an amazing bond.

My trainings were on July 2nd & 9th it was truly a good class I learned a lot just from the classes. Alex really inspired me to get more in depth into the cosmetology industry, being a newly high school graduate and not knowing exactly in what cosmetology curriculum I would like to get into I truly felt inspired seeing how passionate and inspiring Alex is. The material provided is such good quality and is easy to work with especially when Alex takes her time to do 1 on 1 with me and my other classmates I felt so much more confident being able to see progress in such little time. Working on my mannequin is such a great help it gave me an idea of how it would be like working on my model.

Overall this class was the best I highly recommend if you would like to try new things as well as if u want to pursue it Alex is a great mentor and truly loves what she does I couldn’t have asked for a better mentor the course is 100% worth it."

“I took the Beginner Lash Course, Classic Hybrid and Volume Certification! I chose Alex as my mentor because I have been going to her for my own lashes for years and throughout those years I realized that she very much cares about her clients and wants them happy.

Before I was even in the class, I asked her so many questions about lash extensions and she would make sure I 100% understood. My experience during the class was very good, we got all of the supplies that we needed and a packet of information that was really helpful. I learned a lot from the class. I love how Alex is very invested in her students. I struggled with making fans and she gave me tricks and tips that helped out a lot. She even told me if I wanted to come to one of her lash appointments to watch, I could!

My favorite part about the training is that it felt safe and more of a family type. I was very comfortable and everyone got along, so I feel like that helped me out a lot during the class. I took the class in the beginning of the year and Alex still texts me to see how i’m doing, if I have any question or concerns and even if I need to restock on my supplies! I would 100% recommend this class to other and hope everyone has the same experience as me! She’s the best!! “
