Our Studio 22 Beauty Bar Booking Policy
♡A non-refundable deposit of $60.00 is required when booking an appointment.
♡There is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. If you are past the 15 minute late mark, you will forfeit your deposit. Please be sure to let us know if you are running late. It is at our discretion to decide if we will have enough time to take your appointment.
♡If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment you must do so 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, if a client does not contact me at least 48 hours prior to the set appointment time to cancel, then the appointment is locked in and they will be CHARGED the Full Service Fee. You will forfeit your deposit as well and be charged the full amount of the service.
♡All appointment cancellations or rescheduling must be done via text message, or phone call 8183881566, 48 hours before scheduled appointment.
♡We accept cash only as the payment method for all services.
♡We do not offer refunds for services under any circumstances.
♡There are no exceptions to this policy. If there are any problems experienced, this should be reported to us within 48 hours to avoid additional fees.
